The injustice is overwhelming.

So is my hatred of laundry.

i'm already part of a class action law suit for violation of my constitutional rights, along with about 2000 other people who were unlawfully arrested during the republican national convention. its going through massive amounts of beurocratic red tape in federal court as we speak.

one class action lawsuit at a time; that's my rule.

plus my criminal trial (i pled not guilty to the grievous charges of parading without a permit and blocking vehicular traffic) is still ongoing; the next court date is march 9.

too much legal bullshit and i get an allergic reaction; it makes me vomit.

Sgroovy, I can't really post details about the arrest until my trial is over, unfortunately, as the da's office is using any info they find on the web against us in court. But I was unlawfully arrested on August 31st, along with about 1800 other individuals. I was held for over 50 hours without arraignment or even being charged, and about 17 of those hours were in an old abandoned and contaminated bus depot called Pier 57. I suffered chemical burns on my toes from the toxic chemicals at the pier (which has been nicknamed gitmo on the hudson as its razor wire cages are mini versions of those at guantanamo bay) and an injured rotator cuff from being kept in plastic zipcuffs for over 4 hours total. there are a few entries with some links, but I haven't written about it in detail yet.

**my trial meaning the charges against me (violations- failure to disperse, blocking vehicular traffic, and parading without a permit - I pled not guilty); new york city vs. le synge bleu. My next court date is March 9th.

A haaaa
I will look for the links in previous posts.
That is all very terrible, Synge. I'm sure, it's NYC and involving 1800 people, someone has arranged something to support the protesters.
